Chaparral Park General Store has been around along time helping South Park fishermen, hunters, and locals with fishing reports, tackle, hunting conditions, supplies, and much more for many years. As of the spring of 2005 Chaparral Park General Store has been purchased by new owner Rob Robinson of Tanoa Mountain Homes who looks forward to providing the same and even greater level of products and services that you have come to know. We also have added to our fishing equipment and tackle inventory to include more Spinney Reservoir and "Dream Stream" necessary equipment. We now have "Rentals" where you will find anything from a "Lodge Room", to "Boat, Camper, & RV Storage", to a trolling motor, even
belly boat
flippers if you happen to forget yours at home.
Our first phase of remodeling since taking ownership has been to construct (2) brand "new" lodge room suites which are now available as nightly, weekend, weekly, or monthy "Rentals". The next phase will be to build 8-10 brand "new" single family cabins (separate dwellings) with all the amenities to the Chaparral Park General Store 48 acre ranch.
The final phase will be to expand the current lodge to include bigger store area and fresh brewed coffee, & sandwich / pastry shop. We invite you to stop in during each phase to take a look at the progress and hopefully be one of the first customers to use the "new" rooms or cabins.
